AIApply provides an AI-powered job application platform that helps users automatically apply to job opportunities. Our services include resume optimization, job matching, automated applications, and application tracking.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your resume and profile information is accurate and truthful

4. Subscription and Payment

AIApply offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your selected plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused services

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your applications
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service to spam or harass employers
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AIApply and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your resume and personal content, but grant us a license to use it to provide our services.

7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide excellent service, we make no guarantees about:

• Interview or job offer outcomes
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy of AI-generated content
• Employer responses or application acceptance

You are ultimately responsible for reviewing all applications before submission and ensuring accuracy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIApply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
